KnowBe4, known for its anti-phishing platform, crosses the 50,000-customer threshold.
KnowBe4, a Clearwater-based cybersecurity firm whose platform helps companies combat phishing, ransomware and other online attacks, has reached a major milestone: 50,000 customers globally.
According to a news release, as of March 31, KnowBe4’s client roster had grown 27.4%, year over year, and it added its 50,000th customer on May 16.
"Our incredible growth over the past 12 years to reach not 50,000 individuals, because we actually have tens of millions of end users, but rather 50,000 organizations worldwide, is quite an accomplishment for KnowBe4,” CEO Stu Sjouwerman states in the release. "Customer satisfaction and feedback are at the core of our business model. We are very focused on customer satisfaction, which is why we are continuously recognized for customer service with notable awards and positive customer reviews. KnowBe4, the release states, is consistently ranked highly on customer review platforms such as Google, G2, TrustRadius and Gartner, and it was recently recognized with a 2022 Top Rated award from TrustRadius.
